Thank
You for Your Mission E-Book Purchase
Thank you for your payment. Your
transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been
emailed to you.
VERY IMPORTANT: Your credit card
statement will not show our company name. Instead, it will show your
payment made through PayPal.
You Won't Get Anything in the Mail
You ordered an e-book, which you can download to your computer, print out and use right away.
Check Your E-Mail
As soon as your order was paid for, you should have received e-mail. In most cases, this happens in less than a minute. Depending on how you pay, you may get more than one message. Find the one whose subject begins with the word Mission and ends with E-Book Purchase.
Open that e-mail to get a link to your download page.
Once the download page opens, just click on the link and the e-book will transfer to your computer. We recommend choosing your computer's desktop for the download destination so you can find it easily afterward.
Be patient. If you are using a
slower Internet connection, it may take a few minutes for your download
to finish. Don't disconnect until you're sure it's done. If you interrupt
the download, your ebook may be damaged. Don't worry, though. If this happens,
just try the download again. You will have 5 tries to download the e-book before the link expires. If you need help after that, e-mail us.
Once
you've downloaded the e-book, you can open it, read it and print it.
Troubleshooting
Most people download their e-books with no
trouble. However, just in case you have difficulty, we've addressed some of
the most common problems below:
Did the Download Fail or Did You Get
Only a Partial Book?
This is a common problem for AOL users. If
it happens to you, try opening the download web page using Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or other browser, or e-mail
help@gradeaprojects.com
to send your book by e-mail. We have several mission books and can
process your request faster if you tell us which mission you bought.
Did the File Open Instead of Saving?
Go to File>Save As in your browser menu. Save the file in
a place where you can find it again. We recommend putting it on your
computer desktop until you are done with it.
Can't Find the File?
If you followed the step-by-step
instructions above and watched the file to
download progress to completion, it should be somewhere on your computer. Try searching for the word Mission in the file name.
If you're an AOL user and have Automatic AOL turned on, your file may be
stuck in
the Download Manager. Go to Mail Menu>Automatic AOL>Preferences. Is
"Download files marked to be downloaded later" checked? If it is, the
system may have stored the downloaded file. To retrieve it, go to
File>Download Manager. Click "To Be Downloaded." Click on the file name.
Click the Download button.
Can't Open the E-Book File?
To open the e-book, you need the free
Adobe PDF Reader installed on your computer. Click on the link and install it, then try
again. If you are using an Apple computer, you can also open your e-book using Preview.
The File Opens but is Incomplete?
Try
downloading the file again. Stay at your computer until it's done, making
sure it doesn't go to sleep or shut down and that no errors occur.
Did the wrong
thing print out?
You may have accidentally gotten into the
wrong window on your computer screen. Look for the words "Adobe Reader" in
the upper left corner of the window you need. Click on File and then Print.
Do the pictures look funny or print wrong?
Try downloading your file again.
Check the version of Adobe Reader that
you're using. It must be version 5.0 or higher.
Try printing the file as an image. In Adobe
Reader, choose File > Print. Click Advanced. Select Print as Image. Click
OK to close the Advanced dialog. Click OK again to close the print window.
Still Having Trouble?
If you're still having trouble,
contact us and we will e-mail you a copy of the e-book. If you filter your e-mail for
spam, be sure to set it up so you can receive a message from help@gradeaprojects.com.
